Devan is a two-time All-American and Hall of Fame inductee at Capital University. She is an OAC Clyde Lamb award winner, the 2023 OAC Player of the Year, and holds several school records. Devan now provides softball hitting, fielding, and pitching training. She has 15 years of combined coaching experience and focuses on building athletes' skills by incorporating fundamentals in a way that highlights their uniqueness and strengthens weaknesses.
