Mental Performance Coaching helps athletes build confidence, improve focus, and perform consistently under pressure. Just like physical skills, mental skills can be trained and developed. Mental Performance Coaching is led by Coach AJ Bennett, M.S. in Sport Psychology, Doctoral Student in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) at the University of Evansville, and former Assistant Director of Basketball & Mental Performance at REP Fieldhouse.
Virtual mental performance training allows athletes to develop confidence, focus, emotional control, and resilience from anywhere, year-round.

How to Get Started
Step 1: Complimentary Intro Session
All athletes begin with a free 30-minute consultation to introduce mental performance training, review goals, and finish the questionnaire. This short meeting helps athletes understand how mindset training improves focus, confidence, and performance both in sport and in life.
Step 2: Ongoing Training
Athletes continue with bi-weekly or monthly virtual sessions focused on confidence, focus, emotional control, routines, visualization, and performing under pressure.
