Our Story

Local business owners and entrepreneurs, Sheila and Adam Trautner, grew up playing sports. As parents, their connection to the athletic community has grown, adding energy to this passion. It also opened their eyes to the high demand for court space and elite training in the Columbus area. Combining their professional expertise with their personal interests, they seized the opportunity to build a premier facility within their own community. In 2022, they purchased and began repurposing an existing building into REP Fieldhouse, a quality indoor sports venue and training facility - opened to the public in August 2023.

Our Vision

Our vision is to provide an environment that propels growth for individual athletes and teams. We see many benefits to participating in sports - from personal development and purpose to building connection and the joy of play. We hope that athletes across multiple sports will pursue excellence through training at REP Fieldhouse, working toward their full potential. Most importantly, we want players of all skill levels to have fun.

bring energy, pursue excellence, just play

What's In A Name?

The name REP was inspired by the Trautners' three children, each of whom are youth athletes active in the Central Ohio community through club and recreational teams. Also REPs (or repetitions) and continuous practice are key to individual and team development within sports training programs. So, the name REP Fieldhouse just feels right.
