James brings eight years of professional baseball experience with the Washington Nationals organization in scouting, player evaluation, and baseball operations. His time evaluating and working with players at various levels has helped shape his approach to player development and leadership. James is passionate about helping players grow both on and off the field through instruction, accountability, strong work ethic, and a deeper understanding of the game.

Tanner is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he was a 3-year Varsity Baseball team member. He won Big Ten Freshman of the Year in 2014 and was a part of the 2016 Big Ten Tournament championship. Tanner was drafted in 2016 and went on to play 10 seasons of professional baseball with the Cleveland Guardians and New York Yankees. Additionally, his experience abroad includes the Korean Baseball Organization in 2024 and League of Mexican Baseball in 2025. Tanner specializes in pitching and mechanics training.

Griffin grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio where he attended La Salle High School before playing his college baseball at both the University of Cincinnati and the University of Tennessee. In college, Merritt was named the 2022 AAC Player of the Year, a 3-time all conference selection, First team Academic All-American, 2023 Clemson regional all postseason selection, and competed in Omaha at the 2023 Men's College World Series for Tennessee. Griffin brings an extensive amount of high-level experience and approaches the game in unique ways. He is available for both hitting and fielding lessons.

Ross specializes in pitching and hitting instruction and has worked with players of all ages to improve their mechanics, boost their confidence, and take their game to the next level. He is a former collegiate pitcher at Otterbein University and Indiana Tech with a passion for developing young talent. Ross has five years of coaching experience, including three seasons with Ohio Elite, one year as the pitching coach at Northridge High School, and another as the Head JV Coach.

Connor is an Epstein Hitting Certified Instructor from New Albany. He played college baseball at Adrian College after which he shifted his focus to coaching the game. Connor has coached travel baseball and high school at New Albany. The goal for his students is to create a consistent and efficient swing by understanding the physiology of their movements.
