Griffin Merritt

Griffin grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio where he attended La Salle High School before playing his college baseball at both the University of Cincinnati and the University of Tennessee. In college, Merritt was named the 2022 AAC Player of the Year, a 3-time all conference selection, First team Academic All-American, 2023 Clemson regional all postseason selection, and competed in Omaha at the 2023 Men's College World Series for Tennessee. Griffin brings an extensive amount of high-level experience and approaches the game in unique ways. He is available for both hitting and fielding lessons.
Ross Wilson

Ross specializes in pitching and hitting instruction and has worked with players of all ages to improve their mechanics, boost their confidence, and take their game to the next level. He is a former collegiate pitcher at Otterbein University and Indiana Tech with a passion for developing young talent. Ross has five years of coaching experience, including three seasons with Ohio Elite, one year as the pitching coach at Northridge High School, and another as the Head JV Coach.

Jeff Schmitt

Jeff brings over two decades of coaching and leadership experience to REP Fieldhouse, with a proven record in player development, team performance, and program operations. He currently works as a private hitting instructor, training athletes ranging from youth recreation levels to advanced collegiate prospects. Jeff has served as a Head Coach within the Ohio Elite Baseball program since 2012, compiling an impressive 402-61 record (.868 winning percentage) and helping place over 40 athletes into collegiate and professional programs.
Conor Cook

Connor is an Epstein Hitting Certified Instructor from New Albany. He played college baseball at Adrian College after which he shifted his focus to coaching the game. Connor has coached travel baseball and high school at New Albany. The goal for his students is to create a consistent and efficient swing by understanding the physiology of their movements.
"My hitting philosophy is to help players to maximize the barrel in the zone and to use their body in an efficient way."
